A truly transformative experience, “all-on-4” dental implants describe a sought-after dental procedure that utilizes just four titanium-strength dental implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth in the upper or lower jaw.
The four titanium implants are skillfully placed in areas of the jaw with the highest bone density and stability. A temporary bridge is then attached to the implants on the same day, while a permanent set of teeth is attached eight to twelve weeks thereafter.
All-on-4 dental implants enable patients to say goodbye to damaged teeth, broken teeth, or missing teeth. Any teeth in the upper or lower arch where all-on-4 is being implanted are extracted prior to placement of all-on-4 dental implants, thereby giving the patient an absolutely brand-new smile that is built to last a lifetime!

We Accept Several Insurance Plans
Our team of friendly staff helps patients to maximize their insurance benefits! We gladly accept dental insurance coverage through MetLife, Delta Dental, Health Choice, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We can also work with Health Choice and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Medical Insurance to obtain coverage on certain dental issues. Additionally, we are happy to file insurance with any carrier to seek coverage, except we cannot file for Humana HMO plans or Soonercare (Medicaid) plans.

Our In-Office Discount Plan works exactly like dental insurance! For as little as $300/year, you will receive TWO annual dental cleanings, exams, and x-rays. You will also receive 40% off all basic procedures, such as fillings, emergency exams, scales, and root planning. Additionally, you will receive 30% off all major dental work such as crowns, implants, bridges, dentures, and partials.
Add Family Members To Your DAC Plan
Have family members that also need dental insurance? We can cover them as well. For an additional fee as low as $150 per person each year, each family member can be added to the main plan!
